The Automatic Scraper System automates removal of sludge and waste, saving time and labor!
The Automatic Scraper System is a transport/cleaning system which cleans sludge and waste deposited in the waste water ditch of a plant with waste water treatment facilities.By scraping the bottom of the ditch in a predetermined direction, the Automatic Scraper System automatically transports sludge and waste to the treatment facilities.
The Automatic Scraper System can be used for automatic cleaning of ditches where excreta, wastes and sludge are drained -- for example, ditches in stone machining factory, secondary concrete product plants, meat processing facilities, fishery processing facilities, and cattle sheds.
By automating ditch cleaning, this system allows workers to concentrate on their primary duties instead of having to manually perform ditch cleaning chores as well.
It can also contribute to a cleaner, safer, and more comfortable working environment, preventing work-induced ailments such as backaches and reducing pollution by enabling centralized treatment.
